NEMT Standard, LLC
NEMT Standard, LLC (“NEMT Standard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, register for training, apply as an instructor, participate in our professional Community, purchase products or services, or otherwise interact with us.
This Policy applies to the NEMT Standard website and services operated by NEMT Standard, LLC.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with our services.
Website visitors and inquiries. We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company name, location, inquiry details, and information you voluntarily provide through contact forms, partnership requests, or other communications.
Students and training purchasers. We may collect student names, unique email addresses, contact details, ZIP codes, class selections, registration information, purchaser information, prerequisite certificate details, uploaded documentation, attendance records, training results, and relevant certification information.
When an employer or other organization purchases training for students, we may collect information about both the purchaser and the individual participants.
Instructors and applicants. We may collect application information, qualifications, professional certifications, credential expiration dates, authorization records, service areas, training locations, vehicle and equipment information, onboarding documentation, class schedules, attendance submissions, and payment account status.
Community and updates. When you subscribe for updates we collect your email address, the role that best describes you, and your state, so we can send training, events and networking relevant to you. We may also keep records created under our former membership program and requests for professional resources or supplier introductions.
Consulting and business services. We may collect business contact information, descriptions of operational needs, submitted documents, optional business plans, correspondence, and information necessary to evaluate or deliver requested services.
Technical and usage information. Our website and supporting services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, authentication activity, cookies or local storage information, page interactions, and other technical data used for security, functionality, and analytics.

3. Training Records and Instructor Access
NEMT Standard maintains training information necessary to administer registrations, verify eligibility, document participation, and support applicable certification processes.
Instructors receive access to the student names necessary to conduct their assigned classes, record attendance, and submit training results.
The instructor class roster does not provide student email addresses or telephone numbers.
Authorized NEMT Standard administrators may access additional student information when necessary for registration management, support, training administration, and compliance.
4. Payment Processing
NEMT Standard uses Stripe for payment processing and certain instructor payment services.
Card payment information is entered through Stripe’s hosted payment process. NEMT Standard does not receive or store complete payment card numbers through its application checkout.
We may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, purchase details, refund information, dispute records, and related financial administration information.
Stripe processes information under its own applicable privacy policies and terms.
5. Instructor and Third-Party Training Organizations
Certain training programs involve independent credentialing organizations, including the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA).
Where appropriate, NEMT Standard may verify information with applicable credentialing organizations or share information necessary to administer training and certification-related processes.
Independent instructors may process limited training information made available to them for authorized instructional purposes.
Third-party credentialing organizations maintain their own rules and privacy practices.
6. Community and Professional Referrals
NEMT Standard offers free email updates and an online community that may provide educational resources, event invitations, supplier information, and networking opportunities.
We may maintain subscriber details (email address, role and state), participation information, records from our former membership program, and internal relationship-management notes.
Where you request or consent to an introduction or supplier referral, we may share the relevant contact or business information necessary to facilitate that request.
Subscribing or participating in the Community does not, by itself, constitute consent to share your contact information with a supplier for direct sales outreach.
Information you choose to post in shared Community spaces may be visible to other participants, depending on the applicable access settings.
7. Newsletter and Marketing Communications
NEMT Standard may use Mailchimp or other email service providers to manage newsletter subscriptions and promotional communications. Your role and state are stored with your subscription so we can target updates by state.
Newsletter enrollment is optional. Purchasing training or creating an account does not automatically require a subscription to promotional emails.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link included in those messages.
We may continue sending necessary transactional or service-related communications concerning registrations, accounts, classes, and purchases.
Transactional and service emails, such as registration confirmations and receipts, are sent through the email service of our application platform provider, Base44, which uses SendGrid as its email delivery provider. Those providers process the recipient’s email address and the message content to deliver the email.
8. Resource Link Tracking and Referral Links
When you select a link in our Vendors & Services or Industry Organizations directories, we record the resource selected, the page it was selected from, and the date and time.
We also use a random, temporary browser-tab identifier to estimate approximate unique sessions.
The click record does not include your name, account information, payment information, or customer intake information. The temporary identifier is used for aggregate resource analytics and is not intended to identify individual visitors.
Some vendor links are referral links. NEMT Standard may receive a referral benefit when you use certain referral links. These links are identified on the Vendors & Services page.
Some product links on our website are Amazon affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, NEMT Standard earns from qualifying purchases.
9. Cookies, Local Storage, and External Media
Our website may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to support authentication, security, functionality, and service performance.
Some content, including videos hosted through YouTube or other external providers, may involve third-party technologies or data processing when accessed.
External providers may apply their own privacy policies to their services.
Additional analytics or advertising technologies, where used, are subject to applicable disclosure and privacy requirements.

11. Information Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and loss.
These measures may include account authentication, role-based access restrictions, protected document storage, and payment processing through third-party providers.
No electronic storage or transmission system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
