No. NEMT Standard is not a regulatory or legal authority. Requirements vary based on jurisdiction, payer, broker, contract, organization, or program. Consulting is practical guidance from people who have done the work, not legal, tax, insurance, regulatory, or compliance certification advice.
It is a two-hour private virtual consultation for $495, for prospective or early-stage NEMT operators. We review your concept or plan, challenge your assumptions, discuss startup planning and financial assumptions, and help you identify the training, insurance, regulatory, and vehicle questions that need further research. It is reviewing, questioning, and educating, and you remain responsible for your own research, verification, and purchasing decisions.
It does not include writing a business plan, financial projections, a formal feasibility study, comprehensive vendor comparisons, legal or regulatory compliance verification, obtaining insurance quotes or coverage, selecting or purchasing vehicles, ongoing advisory support, a written report, an action summary, or post-consultation advisory email. Routine administrative messages about your inquiry, payment, and scheduling are the only things we send.
